07-Day Sri Lanka Honeymoon Tour Package (06 Nights)
Day 1: Arrival date and Kandy hotel reservation
We will pick you and your partner up from the Katunayaka Airport. Then we take you to your first location, Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. It is an orphanage with over 65 Sri Lankan elephants. where you can feed them and see their daily activities. Later in the day, you will reach your hotel in Kandy City.
Day 2: A Visit to Kandy City
During the day, you will visit many interesting and historical locations in Kandy City. You can also participate in a shopping experience there with your partner. That will be an awesome activity for you both. Next, you will visit the famous Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. It is a pilgrimage place for Buddhists all over the world. Kandy Esala Perahara is a cultural festival which is held every August in Kandy City.
Later in the day, you will visit the Kandy View Point. From there, you can observe most parts of the beautiful city and its surrounding mountains.
Day 3: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
On that day, you will visit Nuwara Eliya City. The road from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya is so beautiful because of the lush green tea plantations and cascading waterfalls. We have planned a tour to a tea plantation for you and your partner. Then you will come to Nuwara Eliya city in the late afternoon. Nuwara Eliya is the place where you can experience a cool climate. It is a place with an elevation of 1881m above sea level. Your dinner and overnight stay will be in a romantic hotel.
Day 4: A Day in Nuwara Eliya City
There are so many beautiful locations to visit in Nuwara Eliya city and its surroundings. At the beginning of the day, you and your partner will visit Hakgala Botanical Garden. where you can see many beautiful flowers, plants, and man-made landscapes. Your next location is the Nuwara Eliya post office. After that, you both visit the famous Gregory Lake and its park. The place is superb for relaxing and water activities for couples. Then you both come to your hotel to end the day.
Day 5: Nuwara Eliya to Bentota
This is your travel day from Nuwara Eliya to Bentota. It is a bit of a long journey. You will visit Devon Falls waterfall and St. Clair Falls waterfall on the way. Those waterfalls are very nice to watch. You both will enjoy them. During this journey, you will also see many scenic landscapes, tea plantations, villages, and beautiful mountains in Sri Lanka.
Day 6: Bentota to Galle and Back
Bentota is a coastal city in the south-west region of Sri Lanka, which is probably the best destination for honeymoon couples. Therefore, the place is very popular among honeymoon tourists too. The boutique hotels and the beach are perfect for a couple to enjoy their new life.
At the beginning of the day in Bentota, you will visit the Turtle Hatchery Farm as your first stop. Then you will travel to the famous Galle City in southern Sri Lanka. Day 7: Departure Date
The next day, you will end your 7-day Sri Lanka honeymoon tour with us. We will drop you off in Colombo City or at the Katunayaka Bandaranayake Airport.

12 Days Sri Lanka Honeymoon Tour Package
Day 1: Arrival date and hotel reservation in Negombo
You and your partner will be welcomed with greetings by our Lanka Safe Tour Team at the Katunayaka Bandaranayake Airport. Then you will visit your first location, Negombo. It is a coastal city in the western province of Sri Lanka. It is situated very near to the airport and is one of the fantastic beachside locations for couples. You will both be relaxed there in a nice hotel in Negombo.
Day 2: Tour to Sigiriya and Dambulla
This is a travel day to Sigiriya through Dambulla. Those two places are very important when we are talking about Sri Lankan history and culture. You both will visit Dambulla Cave Temple and Dambulla Golden Temple before coming to Sigiriya. Your last night will be spent in a beautiful hotel in Sigiriya with romance.
Day 3: Sigiriya to Minneriya and Back
The next day, you will climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress. It is a UNESCO heritage site. This is a wonderful place due to its ruins, architecture, and technology. It was made by King Kashyapa in the 5th Century AC. Climbing Sigiriya is an amazing experience for you and your partner. You can also see a nice view of central Sri Lanka.
Later in the day, we will take you to a special village nearby called “Hiruwadana.” where you can enjoy Sri Lankan rural life and its activities.
Day 4: Tour to Kandy via Matale
The next day, you will visit Kandy through Matale. During your trip, you will visit a spice garden and a Hindu Kovil.
In ancient times, Sri Lanka was a popular place for spices. That caused the Europeans to capture this beautiful island in the 16th through 19th centuries. You can observe those Sri Lankan spices in your spice garden visit.
Sri Lanka is a multi-cultural and multi-religious country. There are a certain number of Hindus living on this island. You can observe their religious activities and culture within the Hindu Kovil in Matale.
Day 5: Kandy City Tour
On the day, you will visit many beautiful places in Kandy City. This includes the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Kandy View Point, and the Shopping Complex.
Day 6: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya.
On the day you will visit “Little England” in Sri Lanka. The route is absolutely fantastic for a traveling couple. The greenish color will make you feel relaxed. You can visit the tea plantation. There you can pluck tea leaves with your partner. Then you can learn how the world-famous ‘Ceylon Tea’ is processed in the tea factory.
Day 7: Nuwara Eliya City Tour
It is a day to travel around beautiful Nuwara Eliya city. Starting from Nuwara Eliya post office, you will visit Hakgala Botanical Garden, Seetha Amman Temple, and Gregory Lake.
Day 8: Nuwara Eliya to Ella
The next day, you will both visit Ella City by train. You will visit Nanu Oya Railway Station to start the train journey. The train trip is absolutely fantastic and much more joyful for any travelling couple. The beautiful landscapes will surely be attractive and will amaze you and your partner.
Ella is a famous tourist attraction in Sri Lanka. There are many places to visit there. Among them, Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak are special. You can go on a hike with your loving partner. Ella is another beautiful destination for honeymoon couples.
Day 9: Ella to Yala.
You will visit Ravana Falls at the beginning of the 9th day. It is an attractive waterfall situated on the Ella-Wellawaya route. After that, you will reach Yala National Park through Tissamaharama. Yala National Park is a famous wildlife sanctuary in the Southern Province. The park is widely popular for watching leopards. Day 10: Yala to Bentota.

Day 11: Bentota to Galle and Back

Day 1: Arrival & Booking into a hotel in Bentota
Our Lanka Safe Tours representative will welcome you and your partner at the Katunayaka Bandaranayake Airport. Then you will travel to the Sri Lankan economic capital, Colombo City. There you will visit the most attractive and most important places in the city. It includes Gangarama Temple, Galle Face Beach, Independence Square, and Dutch Hospital. After the sightseeing in Colombo, you will directly go to the Bentota Beach Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Bentota Sightseeing
On the second day of your tour, you will both visit popular tourist attractions in Bentota and around. First, you both participate in a boat ride on the Madu river in the morning. It will be an amazing experience for both. Then you will visit a turtle hatchery farm to watch turtles. Later in the day, you will visit the famous Dutch fort in Galle. Then you will come back to the Bentota hotel for an overnight stay. It will be a superb day with many water activities.
Day 3: Bentota to Nuwara Eliya
In the morning of this day, you will visit Nuwara Eliya city from Bentota. The route is along the Kithulagala where you can participate in water activities according to your preference. You will enter the hill country of Sri Lanka after Kithulgala. The elevation will go up and the temperature will decrease. The route has become scenic with beautiful tea plantations. You will both stop for a few minutes near the two magnetic waterfalls called St. Clair Waterfalls and Devon Waterfall before Nuwara Eliya. Then you will come to your hotel in Nuwara Eliya city to finish the day.
Day 4: Nuwara Eliya Sightseeing.
This is the day you will both visit the most attractive places in Nuwara Eliya and around. It includes the Nuwara Eliya Post Office, Gregory Lake, Hakgala Botanical Garden, and Seetha Amman Temple. In the evening, you will come to your Nuwara Eliya hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Nuwara Eliya to kandy
In the morning, you will travel to Kandy from Nuwara Eliya. You will both be lucky to visit a tea estate and its factory, where you can both pluck tea leaves and learn how famous Ceylon tea is processed. Your next stop will be Ramboda Falls, the 11th tallest waterfall in Sri Lanka. Then you will visit Royala Botanical Garden in Perdeniya. After reaching Kandy city, you will visit the famous Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Kandy Lake, and Kandy Viewpoint. Then you will both be booked into your hotel in Kandy.
Day 6: Departure Date
